As a common rule of thumb for dosing CBD, the following has become established in the user community:
- Start with a drop in the morning or evening (example of a 10ml / 500mg CBD bottle)
- after a few days increase to one drop in the morning and evening
- Continue with this strategy and approach the optimum (so-called “sweet spot”)
- many users then settle in at 3/3/3 (3 drops in the morning, 3 at noon and 3 in the evening), others one drop a day is enough.
Since every human being is unique and the endogenous cannabinoid system is individual, everyone can only find out its optimal application by trial and error. It is probably important to start with as small a quantity as possible so that the body’s own cannabinoid system can get used to the CBD supply.
Often, users exaggerate it at the beginning and don’t feel any effect or just get tired. Here the motto is: ‘less is more’.
Of course, there are also scenarios in which users use higher doses. This is the case, for example, with schizophrenics, where 500 to 1000 mg per day are reported, which is of course very expensive.
For the average user, however, a 500mg bottle usually lasts 3 to 6 weeks.
